“We had a last minute medical issue arise the day before our holiday which meant that our dog was with the vet for a procedure when Andy took up the booking. Andy was happy to take on the additional responsibility for a dog in this unexpected situation, administer medication and generally ensure his wellbeing. Our dog is not good with strangers and so this added to the potential for stress for both parties. Andy kept in touch and let us know how their relationship was evolving and general progress. He was/is absolutely the right mix of calmness, patience and professionalism for our anxious dog and upon our return, they had clearly bonded which was great to see and such a relief.
